Role and number of years on staff:
Campus Staff at Wofford, 1st year

Hometown:
Spartanburg, SC

Graduated from:
Wofford College ‘09 in Biology and Spanish

My Story:
I grew up going to church with my family and then when I went to college, I met a Campus Outreach staff girl. She shared not only the gospel with me, but also her life. Through spending time with her in the Word and seeing how she lived her life, I realized that Christ was not Lord of my life. I gave my life to Christ my sophomore year of college and since then I have grown a ton (and I am still growing) in my own walk with the Lord. I experienced great joy in investing in women on Wofford’s campus while I was a student and I am so excited about spending more time laboring to those students in order to raise up leaders to go and impact the world for Christ!

My hobbies:
shopping, reading, listening to music, blogging and reading blogs, speaking Spanish, learning about Latin America, reading the news, exercising (occasionally), spending time with friends and family

My favorites:
I love sitting at coffee shops and reading/journaling/studying the Bible. I love speaking Spanish and traveling! I love naps and desserts and eating out at restaurants. My favorite fiction books are the Harry Potter books. My favorite TV show is “I Love Lucy” and my favorite movie is “How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.” I like playing board games and card games with other people. I also love maps of the world—and really corny jokes…

What you probably didn’t know about me:
I studied abroad in Santiago, Chile, for a semester during my junior year of college and during that time God really grew my heart for the nations and especially for Latin America.
